This week we continued learning about “We’re going on a bear hunt.” We used junk modelling materials to create caves for a bear. We used different patterned paper, tape and glue to decorate our caves.

We have been talking about places that we have visited in the world. Some children have remembered the names of the countries they have been on holiday to and we have found them on the map. We had lots of places to find including India, Greece and France. We also received some special post this week, a postcard from one our classmates from their holiday over half term!
We have been continuing to practise writing our names. We have been using a capital letter for the first letter then lowercase letters for the rest of our name.
Our rhyme of the week was a sailor went to sea,sea sea and our sound of the week was qu.
