BPTAA
We achieved our Best Practice with Teaching Assistants Award (BPTAA) in 2022. This award provides a framework for the strategic management of teaching assistants and boosts their impact on positive pupil outcomes.
In 2025-26, we are applying for reaccreditation for the award. Our working group of Mrs Sandhu, Mrs King, Mrs Nellis and Mrs Sadler will be working hard to share the excellent work that our support staff do at Strathmore.
We are extremely proud of the wonderful TA's we have at Strathmore and want to acknowledge the important role that they play within the school.
