This week we have been talking about doctors and how they help us. We looked at the tools that are in a doctor’s bag and named the items we could see. We used our fine motor skills to cut out pictures of the tools a doctor would use and stick them in our own doctors bag.
We also watched the next episode of Numberblocks. We talked about how one and another one make 2. We investigated joining two cubes together and breaking them apart again.
We have also enjoyed the rainy weather this week. We found puddles in the garden and the playground and splashed in them! We talked about the noises that our feet made in the puddles.
In phonics this week our rhyme this week was Jack and Jill and our sound was d. We blended the sounds in the words dog, den and doll.
