Well done children for coping so well in another hot week!
We have enjoyed lots of water play this week and spent lots of time in the garden. We have been using the rackets and balls to develop our hand eye coordination and play tennis like the stars at Wimbledon!
The children enjoyed their time in reception on Thursday morning and are beginning to make relationships with their new teachers.
We have been busy practising the songs for our show this week and look forward to performing for you on Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon.
Our rhyme this week was row, row, row your boat. Our sound was sh. We practised making a circular shape with our lips and pushing the sound through it. We said the words shell, shop and shed.
