We have had a lovely week playing in the sunshine and enjoying the garden.
We have played in our next babies area, balanced on the slack line and used the crates and planks of wood to create obstacle courses.
Our pattern line this week was an upside down arch. We decided it looked like a smiley face and practised drawing it on our pictures.
We used instruments and our bodies to clap and pat rhythms. We have also been singing dinosaur songs and nursery rhymes.
In our phonics lessons we have been singing the grand old Duke of York. Our sound of the week has been the h sound. We listened for the h sound in the words house, hammer and helicopter and blended sounds in the word horse, head and hat.
