This week we completed our artwork inspired by Yayoi Kusama. We used dots, circles and printing to create a joint piece. We have displayed it in the Nursery cloakroom. 
 

The story we shared this week was the Hungry Caterpillar. We talked about the lifecycle of a caterpillar and used props to tell the story. We drew butterflies and other insects using shapes that we have practised in our pen disco. 
 

In phonics we sang the nursery rhyme the wheels on the bus. We clapped the syllables in the words bus, wipers and people. Our sound of the week was w. We blended the sounds in the words wig, wave and web.
